Greetings Pillars of Light in Service!
This is a special invitation for all initiated Pillars of Light, for all who have completed Summit and/or Initiation!
On Saturday, November 5th & Sunday November 6th, we are hosting our first annual community gathering, LEVEL UP. This event is yet to be announced publicly! This is because we wanted to first offer it to you, our Pillars of Light in Service, because ultimately, this event will be made possible by your involvement in joining together as Pillars of Light!
Together we are envisioning and co-creating a more aligned future for humanity. Our intention is to activate and support each other’s evolutionary process in a collective container and evolve together in community.
We invite you to be the first to hear our new vision for this community and how you can participate in bringing this reality to life as a conscious creator within it.
The public weekend event will run from 10-4 pm Pacific each day, Saturday and Sunday, with livestreamed transmissions, community meditations, storytelling, celebrations, a dinner gathering, and many opportunities for connection and sharing.
We will also be hosting a bonus day specific to all Pillars of Light in Service, beginning on Friday the 4th where we will join together to anchor, align and amplify the energies in preparation for the public event! (More on the Friday event below!)
LIVE FROM LAKE TAHOE
Coming to you live from the sacred and pristine shores of Lake Tahoe, California, alongside Asil and the team, we will collectively host a weekend of potent transmissions, community connection, and conscious creation, as we transmit our vision and energy for a new reality through the field.
With thousands around the world being invited to this event, we are first asking all our Pillars of Light in Service to attend and contribute the power of your presence to help us anchor the energy of alignment, and together, light up the planet as we broadcast the weekend event worldwide!

Pillars of Light in Service – Special Day

A Special Day Exclusively for Pillars of Light in Service
On Friday, November 4th, we are hosting a gathering exclusively for all Pillars of Light in Service as an addition to the LEVEL UP weekend event.
With an entire day dedicated to recharging, aligning and celebrating our Pillars of Light, we will collectively ground in our intentions, come together in meditations, and spread our light to the collective of humanity and the planet. Join us online and in person to take part in anchoring the vision we hold for the evolution of humanity and to recharge and reconnect with our wonderful community members.

As an initiated Pillar of Light in Service, you have been entrusted with access to energy that holds transformative power to assist humanity’s evolution as a collective consciousness. Together we can anchor the energy of alignment and the power of our collective presence as pillars of light in service to spark the fuse that will take us through the weekend of transformation.

Please note, that seats are limited for the in-person weekend and are being offered first to Pillars of Light in Service, then to our expanded Living Alignment Member community on September 2nd.

The gathering will take place at the North Lake Tahoe Events Center, King Beach, CA. Overnight accommodations are not included. We have included some recommendations below.

Getting There
Major Airports
Reno-Tahoe International (RNO) airport is the closest international airport (1 hour) to Kings Beach, CA where the event is located.
Once on the ground, you can rent a vehicle from all the major car rental companies. You may also choose group or public transportation. Public transportation in this area is known to be quite efficient and cost-effective. Here are some links to the transportation mentioned above.

- Truckee Tahoe Airport (TRK) – 15 minutes
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – 2 hours

Travel Insurance, COVID and Country Admittance Requirements
If you are traveling into the United States, we suggest you learn more about any current COVID requirements and visa requirements before booking your travel.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for medical expenses and may also choose to add coverage in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages).
Accommodations***
There are many places to stay both in town, walking distance to the event center, and in the surrounding area. Kings Beach is on the shores of Lake Tahoe, so you can book a room with a lake view or book a house with friends amidst the beautiful Tahoe National Forest.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, you may transfer your reservation to another person as long as you notify the Level Up! team. In the event that Ascension One Collective can find a participant to take your place, you will receive a refund (minus credit card fees). If the venue cannot accept visitors due to COVID-19, participants will be offered an alternative set of dates and the Level Up team will work with the highest integrity to transfer or return your investment depending on the options available.
Due to the limited number of attendees permitted at this venue there can be no exceptions to this policy.
